Terms of Service

- By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all of the terms described herein. You agree to the policy of using the art commissioned for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated and provide all artwork credits to Thylafritter.- You may display my work on external sites so long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.- You may not claim my work as your own.- Artwork may be used for personal use including but not limited to: phone or computer wallpapers, avatars and profile photos.- You are not authorized to change, modify, edit or use my artwork without permission.- You are not authorized to trace over my artwork.- I reserve the right to post completed commissions to my galleries, social media and websites.- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason I see fit.- I will not create work containing the following: Offensive content (homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, incest, racism, ableism, etc.), certain fandoms, religious figures.- I reserve the right to have a signature on my artwork. This may not be removed.- I retain copyright over my artwork. This includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. Proper credit will be given for ownership of the character withins design.- If you wish for your commission to be private, it must be stated during the commissioning process.- I reserve the right to charge a fee for highly complex characters or highly detailed elements in any form.- I will send you a payment link after your commission is discussed and accepted. Payment is required in full before I will start your order. Do not send me any form of payment until I have confirmed your commission and sent a request for payment.- I only accept USD via Paypal as payment. You are responsible for currency conversions.- If payment is not made in a timely manner (48 hours unless discussed and agreed upon otherwise) after payment link has been sent, your commission will be cancelled. Please communicate if there are any delays or issues preventing payment from going through.- On Auctions you are not allowed to retract your winning bid. Upon doing so you will be blacklisted and refused the opportunity to bid on pieces in the future.- Please note that my artwork is purely Digital. Nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped to a client.- Deadlines must be disclosed prior to payment. Otherwise commissions will be completed at my leisure.- Harassment over my queue or work speed is not tolerated. Continued harassment after a warning will result in being blacklisted and refused any services in the future.- Commissions may not always be completed in the order they were recieved.- I will send progress images throughout the process and wait for feedback before continuing. It is your responsibility to ensure your order contains the correct details.- Major changes will only be made during the sketching stage. Minimal changes may be made throughout the process from there.- You are responsible for saving any images I provide.- I am not required to post your commission to any public space. If posted I am not required to keep it there indefinitely.- Digital references are required of your character. Additionally, pose/composition references are appreciated and may affect the final result.- I retain the right to slightly alter character colors for shading or lighting purposes.- The value of the art piece may be added onto your character if and when it is ever sold.- All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided in the event that I am unable to complete the commissioned artwork. (Sickness, Inability to work.)

Hello, I'm Thyla. I'm a nonbinary, disabled digital artist who loves to draw animals both feral and anthropomorphic. Outside of art I really enjoy playing cozy (and not so cozy) games on my PC. This depends.If you've commissioned the piece and would like to post it to your own personal gallery or account with credit given - Yes you may.If you'd like to repost my artwork to a platform I'm not currently on and give credit and a link to one of my pages - Yes you may.If you'd like to report my artwork on a platform I'm currently on and the artwork was not commissioned by you or does not contain your character - No.
